| Consignment methods |

Consignments in Italy
Consignments are effected by packing the bottles in appropriate cantinette (insert cantinette
photos 1 and 2) of unbreakable polystirene, then the pack is trusted to a carrier which
will deliver to the supplied address. There are two methods of consignment in Italy: -
consignment method 1 : a consignment for 1-18 bottles costs 9.00 euro, 4 working days
for the delivery upon the date of receipt of payment; - consignment method 2 : a consignment
for 1-18 bottles costs 14.00 euro, 2 working days for the delivery upon the date of receipt
of payment; Consignment method 1 is borne by us for orders over 300 euro. To know the
consignment costs for orders over 18 bottles, contact us directly at info@baroloonline.it
In accordance with consignment costs listed above, we advise you to purchase at least
three bottles to compensate the consignment.
Consignments in Europe (Switzerland and Norway excluded)
Consignment costs in European countries is according to the quantity of bottles ordered:
1 bottle: 15,00 euro;
from 2 to 3 bottles: 33,50 euro;
from 4 to 9 bottles: 49,50 euro;
from 9 to 18 bottles: 65.00 euro
Delivery time: 3-4 working days upon the date of receipt of payment of the package.

| Right of recession and Claims |
If the bottles don’t comply with your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, or goods arrived damaged and altered, you can avail yourself of the Right of recession under art. 5 of D. Lgs. 185/99 (Italian Civil Code).
In this case you should send, through certified mail and within 10 days after receipt of goods, a notification in which you should write that you want avail yourself of the Right of recession. You will receive a confirmation through an e-mail. The package should be sent, accurately packed, to: Gazzelle Ubriache di Francesco Oddenino – Via Accademia 7 – 12051 – Alba (CN), within 10 days after the date of the certified mail. We will provide you for the amount by bank transfer using the bank coordinates you will supply us, within 30 days after the receipt of the package at our company.
Delivery charges anyway will be paid by you.

In case the package is broken, the pony express should not collect it. The wine will turn back automatically to our company and we will resend you the bottles without additional charges (in case there is no availability for the same wine, we will send you an other one or pay back the whole sum). |
